In the Stolen Treasures series there is a unicorn named Pomp who prances around like a Lipizzaner stallion.

I've included these videos so you can visualize what he's doing. I'm not sure if Lorenzo's horses in the top video are Lipizzaners - I included them to share the fun of watching him ride.
